The programme is free. A product purchase, marketing permission or public website is never required for attendance.
What we need and why
Student name, date of birth and class establish workshop eligibility and participation. A school name is optional. A parent or adult participant’s contact details support verification, confirmations and programme administration. Registration remains within Sysmantech.com. The studio receives a project nickname, workspace identity and permitted project content.
Parent and adult choices
Under-18 registration requires a verified parent or legal guardian. A verified email or mobile proves control of that contact; it does not by itself establish adulthood or guardianship. Authorised staff must record the approved relationship-verification process before confirming a minor’s seat. Participants aged 18 register and consent for themselves.
Publication is a separate choice
A private project can be created without public-publication consent. A public website requires the appropriate consent, moderation and programme approval. A nickname or project name can be used. Do not place real full names, school details, personal contacts, home addresses or sensitive information on a public website. Public websites are noindex by default, but remain directly accessible by URL.
Optional marketing and laptop enquiries
Both are optional and unchecked by default. Children’s school details and names must not be exported to sales CRM records. Programme messages are separate from promotional messages.
AI and hosting
The editor uses restricted templates. AI is enabled only after provider safeguards, data handling, quota and budget review. Personal registration details are not included in generation requests. A manual template remains available when AI is unavailable. Hosting runs for one calendar year from first successful publication, without automatic billing. A private export grace period follows expiry.
Access, withdrawal and deletion
Sign in at My registrations to manage publication permission, cancel participation or request deletion. Publication withdrawal removes the public site. Statutory records, backups and audit entries may require a separately documented retention period. Admin must approve the final retention schedule and response process before activation.
